Autumn Begins

 

Autumn begins unnoticed. Nights slowly lengthen,

and little by little, clear winds turn colder and colder,

 

summer's blaze giving way. My thatch hut grows still.

At the bottom stair, in bunchgrass, lit dew shimmers.
